Dmitry Patrushev emphasized that the volume of interstate trade between Russia and Turkmenistan for 20% is agricultural products. The official showed interest in strengthening trade and economic cooperation in this direction. He spoke about increasing the volume of purchases and expanding the range of purchased agro-industrial products.
It was mentioned about increasing the supply of grain products, oil and fats, confectionery and sugar. The emphasis was also placed on increasing the volume of purchases of Turkmen fruits and vegetables.
