November 18 National Day National Day of Oman as well as the birthday of Sultan Qaboos bin Said. Official holiday, one of the biggest holidays. On this day there is a military parade, houses and roads are decorated with flags, portraits of the Sultan, garlands, celebrations with camel races and fireworks.
