Turkmenistan and the EU help children start a new school year

The European Union Delegation to Turkmenistan together with the public associations "Enme" and "Keyik Okara" held an event in support of vulnerable families and school-aged children. The EU Delegation donated 50 school kits that will help students in the learning process.

"We, the European Union, believe that quality education is a basic human right and a public good.", said Renate Wrobel, Charge d'Affaires of the EU Delegation.

The event was attended by representatives of public associations "Yenme" and "Keyik Okara", as well as several families with children who received school kits from the EU Delegation in Turkmenistan.
