Turkmenistan and the EU help children start a new school year

The European Union delegation to Turkmenistan, together with the public associations Enme and Keyik Okara, held an event to support vulnerable families and school-age children. The EU delegation donated 50 school kits to help students learn.

"We, the European Union, believe that quality education is a basic human right and a public good," said Renate Wrobel, Chargé d'affaires ad interim of the EU Delegation.

The event was attended by representatives of the Enme and Keyik Okara public associations, as well as several families with children, who received school kits from the EU Delegation to Turkmenistan.
