European consortium to announce plans for Trans-Caspian gas pipeline

Together with Sinopec Engineering Group (China), the European consortium plans to build a gas-chemical complex in Turkmenistan, which will produce polyvinyl acetate and methanol. The investors want to recoup the project at the expense of future production.
