Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan discussed with directors of Japanese companies the supply of equipment

Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan R.Meredov and managing director of Itochu Corporation H.Tsubai held an online meeting. The event took place with the participation of R. Dzhepbarov, head of the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs, and G. Iwanami, director of Sumitomo Corporation.
The Turkmen and Japanese sides discussed current issues of cooperation, directly affecting the implementation of deliveries of machinery and earthmoving machinery from Japan to the territory of Turkmenistan. They considered results of Turkmen-Japanese programs and possibility of organizing the fourteenth meeting of the Turkmen-Japanese Committee on Economic Partnership in the Japanese capital.
Representatives of Turkmenistan and Japan noted the effectiveness of mutually beneficial trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.
