A large-scale investment forum of Turkmenistan, timed to the 34th anniversary of the country's independence in the International Year of Peace and Trust, has opened in the National Tourist Zone "Avaza". Arzuw.news reports with reference to the publication Turkmenistan: Golden Age.
The event is taking place in a particularly significant period - in the year of celebrating the 30th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of sovereign Turkmenistan. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory address to the forum participants.
The main objectives of the forum are to increase the country's industrial potential, attract investment for economic diversification, create new production facilities and implement programs to increase the capacity of existing enterprises. Special attention is paid to the introduction of modern technologies and active promotion of the digital economy concept.
The forum is attended by foreign investors, businessmen, representatives of international financial and banking structures, government agencies and entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. The participants of the event will have an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the country's economic development indicators, investment strategy, industrial and innovative development and achievements over the years of independence.
The forum aims to further industrialization and socio-economic development of the regions in the Renaissance era of the new era of the mighty state.
