In Turkmenistan, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs organized the International Investment Forum "Arkadag - Smart City". This is reported on the website of Orient news.
In his welcoming speech, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence that the forum would become an excellent platform for exchanging ideas and proposals to identify ways of investment, as well as to increase the pace of industrialization of Turkmenistan. The forum is designed to demonstrate the investment attractiveness of Arkadag city.
The main topics of the forum will be issues of sustainable development, as well as digital infrastructure and technological solutions for the smart city. Among the speakers at the forum are representatives of all agencies and ministries of the country, as well as foreign speakers from the UN, UNIDO, ADB, and the Union of Chambers of Commerce of Turkic States.
