After visits to the Ashgabat City construction site Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov examined a number of new urban development projects planned to be implemented in the capital of Turkmenistan. Among them is the construction of of the University of Architecture and Civil Engineering and the expansion of the Parahat-7 housing estate.
The head of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan G. Orunov told the Turkmen leader about the complex of new institute facilities. According to him, the complex will include academic buildings, a canteen, dormitories, gyms, a library and other buildings. The new building will be located between Kemine and Gurbansoltan Eje Streets. Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov made a number of comments and said it should be finalized, taking into account current requirements.
The project to expand Parahat-7 residential area was presented to the President by the mayor of Turkmenistan's capital, R. Gandymov. The leader of the nation underlined that when developing projects for the buildings, the first thing to do is to introduce progressive achievements in this area, to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the work being done, to take into account all aspects - from the construction of residential structures to the arrangement of adjacent roads and communications, as well as technical buildings.
