IAEA Director General Gross meets with Deputy Minister of Turkmenistan

Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency M. Grossi met with Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan V. Hajiyev at the headquarters of the Agency. This is reported on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Turkmenistan.

In the course of the official conversation, the parties emphasized the constructive nature of the relationship between Turkmenistan and the IAEA. The work of effective international instruments that exist under the auspices of the Atomic Energy Agency was emphasized.

Also during the talks V. Khadzhiev and M. Grossi touched upon the topics of strengthening cooperation in the spheres of health care, agriculture and industrial safety.
