Turkmen film director received a special TURKSOY award

Deputy Chairman of the Turkmenfilm Association named after Oguz Khan, film director Sakhysalykh Bayramov was awarded a special award of TURKSOY and a cash prize of 1000 US dollars within the framework of the film festival "Pearl of the Silk Road". This is reported in the Telegram channel of the online publication "Türkmenistan Habarlar Portaly".

The TURKSOY statuette was awarded to the Turkmen director for his success and personal contribution to the development of cinema of Turkic peoples. For the festival, which was held from September 29 to October 2, the Turkmen filmmaker presented two films "Daragt" and "Gyzyl kürte".

In addition, Sakhysalykh Bayramov acted as a jury in the nomination "Artistic Cinema".
It is noted that the guests and participants of the film festival "Pearl of the Silk Road" were more than three hundred people from 52 countries.
