Young wrestlers took part in the championship of Turkmenistan

The sports complex of the National Tourist Zone "Avaza" hosted the championship of the Turkmenistan Sports Wrestling Federation in freestyle wrestling among boys under 15 years old. This is reported in the daily newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan".

The championship awards were played in ten weight categories, seven of which were won by pupils of the capital's School for training young Olympians, including D. Muhammetgurbanov, A. Tedzhenov, D. Guvanchmuradov, U. Gylidzhov, D. Garataev, V. Mergenov, M. Muhammetdurdyev.

M. Durdyev from Ashgabat, M. Khudaiberenov and E. Kurbansaherov from Lebap velayat became winners in three weight categories. The tournament showed that the Turkmen wrestling school is on the rise and young wrestlers demonstrate good technique.
