Turkmenistan participates in the CIS Games

The III CIS Games have been launched today in Azerbaijan. The sports forum, which will last until October 8, will unite more than 1,600 athletes. The delegations include Azerbaijan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and 48 Turkmen athletes. In addition to the Commonwealth countries, Turkey, Cuba, Kuwait, Kuwait, Pakistan and Oman have joined the competition. About it reports official channel of the Russian Embassy in Turkmenistan.

The Games program includes 23 sports, including swimming, sambo, judo, basketball, soccer, Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling. The competitions will be held at 12 sports venues in seven cities of the host country.
