The second day of the 38th meeting of the Conference of General Directors of the Organization for Cooperation between Railways was held in Ashgabat with the participation of delegations of 30 member countries of the Organization. This was reported by the TurkmenPortal online edition.
During the second day of the conference the participants considered the prospects of further development of cooperation within the OSJD framework, including the issues of transport logistics in the OSJD region, development of transport corridors, investment projects in the field of railway transport in the OSJD area and OSJD interaction with other international structures in the field of railway transport.
Within the framework of the OSJD participants' meeting thematic meetings and trainings on topical issues of railway transportation development are planned.
