In December 2024, industrial, infrastructural and social construction projects were opened in various velayats of Turkmenistan. This is reported by the online edition "Westiabad."
The most important events were the construction of highways and railroads, seaport and airports. Particular attention was paid to the modernization of the Farap customs point in Lebap province, which made it possible to double the capacity of the point.
A new building of the Pension Fund was opened in Balkan velayat of Turkmenistan. Two new enterprises were launched in Akhal velayat, including a factory for manufacturing cotton yarn for 350 jobs. A KAMAZ training and service center was opened in Dashoguz velayat as part of the development of international partnership.
All these achievements in the construction sphere show Turkmenistan's aspiration to improve the quality of life of the people and strengthen the economy.
