The Ambassador noted the readiness to implement the agreements reached with Turkmenistan, as well as to strengthen effective interstate partnership in various spheres. In the published article, Qian Naicheng also talks about the origins of Turkmen-Chinese relations and the important role of the creative heritage of the great poet and thinker Makhtumkuli Fraghi in the spiritual unification of the two peoples.
The PRC Ambassador noted that the humanistic ideas of the legendary philosopher of the East were of great importance for the formation of spiritual identity of the people of Turkmenistan. It was also emphasized that the works of Makhtumkuli are an integral part of the world treasury of literature.
