"Halkbank" has launched lending in small amounts

In order to support the implementation of state policy aimed at the development of agriculture and cattle breeding to provide the population with high-quality domestic food at affordable prices, state bank "Khalkbank" offers loans in small amounts to entities involved in the agricultural sector.

For this category of clients there are favorable conditions: small loan amount (up to 30 thousand manat), interest rate - 10%, loan term - up to 3 years (grace period - 6 months). The loan is secured by a guarantee of a solvent 3rd party or collateralized property.

To take advantage of this credit program it is necessary to provide documents confirming the allocation of land (subsidiary farm) and the availability of the borrower's stable income. In addition, it is necessary to prepare documents on collateral property and others at the request of the bank.
