International tennis tournament "Ashgabat Open 2024" will be held in Turkmenistan

Deputy Prime Minister Bairamgul Orazdurdyeva told about preparations for the International Tennis Tournament "Ashgabat Open 2024" during the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on November 1, 2024. This sporting event is scheduled for November 8-17 this year. This is reported by the online edition "AsmanNews.

It was noted that the State Committee for Physical Culture and Sports created a working group to organize the upcoming events, which included representatives of various ministries and departments. It is expected that 70 tennis players and sports delegations from 12 states will participate in the tournament.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed the effectiveness of the work carried out in the country to develop sports and instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to take measures to organize the International Tournament at a high level.
