Innovative prostheses for the Turkmen market presented by the Russian company METIZ

The leader of the Russian market of prosthetic and orthopedic products, METIZ Company, took part in the international exhibition "Healthcare, Education and Sports in the Renaissance Era of a New Era of a Powerful State" in Ashgabat. At the event, the company demonstrated its advanced developments, including carbon fiber feet, knee modules, and specialized water-resistant components for prosthetics. According to the company's representative Anton Ermakov, the multifunctional hand module "MeHand" aroused special interest among the guests of the exhibition. This prosthesis is equipped with a touch screen for instant switching between about 24 types of grips and is controlled by the contraction of the user's muscles. These high-tech devices help people with disabilities not only to return to an active life, but also to excel in sports.

One of the key objectives of METIZ's visit to Turkmenistan was to establish direct contacts for further cooperation with local specialists. This partnership is aimed at strengthening ties and introducing modern solutions in the country's market. The company, which has been working in the industry for 25 years, specializes in the development and production of its own components, as well as in equipping prosthetic and orthopedic workshops.
