Ashgabat, July 29 - Arzuw.news. Individual enterprise Berk Önüm and Kazakh company Intago Kazakhstan have signed an agreement on supply of polyester and polypropylene fiber. The contract was signed within the business mission of entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan, which was held in the Turkmen capital. The Kazakh delegation was headed by Mr. Muhammed Andakov, Deputy Chairman of the Industry Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The business mission included representatives of about 20 companies from strategically important sectors of the economy - machine building, automotive, mining and metallurgical, light and construction industries.
During the visit, the delegation visited leading Turkmen enterprises, including Gok Saray Company, Aklar textile firm and Erte factory. Special B2B meetings between Kazakh and Turkmen companies were organized to develop mutually beneficial cooperation.
Mohammed Andakov held talks with the leadership of the key ministries of Turkmenistan - transport, industry and construction, as well as railway transport. Meetings were held with representatives of the state concerns "Turkmengaz" and "Turkmennebit", as well as the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
At the talks, the sides discussed the possibilities of expanding trade and economic ties and the prospects of implementing joint projects in the territory of both countries.
