President of Turkmenistan appoints new Chairman of the Board of JSCB HalkBank

During the general meeting of shareholders of Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Halkbank" held on February 12, 2024, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a resolution on appointment of Myratgeldi Dzhepbarov as Chairman of the Board of JSCB "HalkBank". According to the second Resolution signed by the Head of State, Myrat Arabov was relieved of the position of the bank's chairman of the board.

The name of the bank "HalkBank" is translated from the Turkmen language as "People's Bank". The branches of Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "HalkBank", located throughout Turkmenistan, carry out a wide range of operations: the population is provided with services on deposits, lending, etc.
