During Friday's online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan H. Geldimyradov presented to Serdar Berdymukhamedov a report on the draft state program for the creation and development of free economic zones in the country. Deputy Prime Minister noted that the project to create a free economic zone is carried out in accordance with the priorities of state policy in the direction of sustained socio-economic development over the next thirty years.
Listening to Geldimyradov's report, the president of Turkmenistan noted that free economic zones are now becoming an important factor for successful economic development. Serdar Berdymukhamedov noted the need to strengthen ties with foreign partners and gave a number of instructions in this direction to responsible persons.
