WHO educational program for schoolchildren discussed in Turkmenistan

A strategic round table initiated by the World Health Organization (WHO) Country Office was held in Turkmenistan to present the digital educational program "Immune Patrol". The initiative aims to raise awareness of schoolchildren about the principles of immunity, hygiene and disease prevention. This is reported by MIC. 

The participants of the event unanimously noted that the project makes a significant contribution to the systemic work being implemented in Turkmenistan to improve health literacy among students. As a result of the meeting, practical steps were identified to implement the program, including the creation of a joint working group, development of a roadmap, organization of pilot testing of the offline version of the course, as well as special training of teaching staff.
