Russian club ORHIS-Kazan became the silver medalist of the Ashgabat ice hockey tournament

The hockey players of the ORHIS-Kazan team returned to Kazan from Turkmenistan and became silver medalists of the international ice hockey tournament in Ashgabat. This is reported by Centralasia.news.

The hockey players were welcomed at Kazan International Airport by fans, spiritual representatives and Mufti of Tatarstan Kamil Hazrat Samigullin. The Head of the Republic presented the players and managers of the hockey club with letters of thanks.

During the hockey tournament Kazan athletes passed all qualifying rounds without defeats. The team lost only in the final to the Turkmen club "Galkan", winning the second place. It was noted that Aidar Miftakhov from ORHIS-Kazan was recognized as the best forward of the tournament, Yaroslav Lagun from the Belarusian club Volat was recognized as the best goalkeeper and Musa Annasaparov from Galkan was recognized as the best defender.
