The logistics center of Turkmenistan will soon be located on the territory of the Astrakhan region, where the government has allocated a 20-hectare plot in the port special economic zone "Lotos". This is reported by the Internet edition "AsmanNews.
Denis Afanasyev, vice-governor and chairman of the government of Astrakhan Oblast, said that this site has long been preserved for the logistics center of Turkmenistan. The Oblast leadership plans to put forward a similar proposal to Iran.
