In the center of Ashgabat the construction of a new factory of artistic carpet making with the annual capacity of 1650 sq.m. of carpet products was completed. The production workshop occupies 1,000 square meters and is planned to employ 200 masters.
The enterprise complies with modern construction standards for such facilities. Powerful air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems are installed in the production facilities to ensure comfortable working conditions. There are showers, locker rooms, and a canteen for the factory's employees.
According to director G. Mollaev, the new building also includes: a carpet store, an exhibition hall, and a conference hall. There will also be: a painting laboratory, workshops, a raw materials warehouse, and other production facilities.
In the near future, modern carpet factories will be opened in Mary, Dashoguz, Akhal and Lebap velayats.
