Issues of international energy commonwealth were discussed at the meeting of Turkmenistan's ambassador plenipotentiary in Belgium with the Energy Charter secretary.
The ambassador of Turkmenistan recalled that their state has powerful energy resources, so attracting foreign investment in this area of development is of great interest to them. Turkmenistan is a country that actively advocates the development of global global energy security.
The Energy Charter Secretary noted that Turkmenistan's constructive cooperation with the Charter is of great interest to all countries of the European Community.
The meeting also touched on the prospects for using different energy sources, suppliers, and energy supply routes to reduce countries' dependence on only one resource or a permanent energy supplier.
