At the film festival "Listopad-2022" held in the capital of Belarus, a genuine interest was aroused by the film of the Turkmen director "Gizil kyurt", telling about the hard fate of women during the Great Patriotic War. This film was shown out of the festival contest.
The theme of the film, based on real-life events, attracted the festival guests, Minsk residents, employees of the Turkmen diplomatic mission, students and representatives of the large diaspora living in Minsk.
As it was noted at the festival, the theme of the Great Patriotic War is close to all people who were once part of the USSR. It was proposed to create joint projects in the field of film industry devoted to this topic.
An important news was the announcement of the imminent start of the work of the International Creative Association of CIS film studios. The united platform of the Commonwealth will have great possibilities: A 3D studio, a luxurious collection of unique national costumes, and a joint actor base. This will make it possible to implement interesting joint projects to create new films.
