The Ministry of Medical Industry and Health of Turkmenistan has received a shipment of rapid tests to diagnose the presence of COVID-19 virus in humans. The tests were provided by UNICEF. This information appeared on the official Instagram page of UNICEF Turkmenistan.
The country sent 250,000 rapid tests at a total cost of $600,000.
The rapid tests, along with other diagnostic tools, will provide an opportunity to strengthen the measures that are taken to effectively prevent the entry of coronavirus infection into the country.
