The Central Asian Film Festival was held in Korea from April 28 to 29 this year. The event was reported on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The festival showcased works by Turkmen, Kazakh, Tajik, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, as well as Azerbaijani, Mongolian and Indonesian filmmakers.
Turkmen creativity was represented by the movie "Gyzyl kurte" directed by S. Bayramov and the movie "Istyarin" directed by A. Eeberdiev in Korean.
An exhibition was organized for the guests of the festival. In the exposition of Turkmenistan, guests could see traditional arts and crafts, paintings in various techniques, books authored by the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, jewelry, carpets, information publications on the achievements of the country.
