Russian language teachers from Turkmenistan have become laureates of the XXIII International Pushkin Literature Contest. This is reported on the website Centralasia.news.
The theme of this year's contest was lines from Anna Akhmatova's work "Courage": "And we will preserve you, Russian speech". A total of 300 Russian language teachers from 23 countries took part in the literary contest. The works of Turkmen teachers were included in the list of 50 best essays.
Enejan Hayitbaeva, deputy director of school No. 25 in Dashoguz city, Murat Kazakov and Chari Jumadurdyev, teachers of schools No. 37 in Chardjev district and No. 27 in Sayat district of Lebap province became laureates of the contest.
To participate in the award ceremony, the Turkmen teachers traveled to Moscow, during which they attended the training course "Russian Language: Teaching Methods and Tools".
