Turkmen horse breeders can join efforts with Azerbaijani colleagues

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov came up with an initiative on cooperation between Turkmen and Azerbaijani specialists in the field of reviving the ancient art of breeding race horses. The relevant proposal was voiced during the XII Summit of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States. It is reported online edition "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age." 

Hero Arkadag informed that efforts are being made to promote carpet weaving traditions of the two nations, as well as cooperation is planned in restoration of breeding practices of such famous breeds as Akhalteke and Karabakh breeds.

The National Leader expressed confidence that the realization of these activities would contribute to a significant strengthening of cultural ties. He also put forward the idea of conducting similar joint projects with other brotherly countries.
