A meeting with the President of the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan was held in Turkmenistan

On October 10, the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with President of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rifkat Minnikhanov on cooperation in science and education. This is reported by the Internet edition "Westiabad."

The guest expressed gratitude to the Chairman of Halk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for awarding Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna jubilee medal and commemorative sign. Chairman of Khalk Maslakhaty noted the importance of the work carried out by the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan to study the works of Makhtumkuli.

Rifkat Minnikhanov emphasized that Turkmenistan pays special attention to the development of science and education system and introduction of innovations in the national economy.
