Representatives of Turkmen business in the textile industry and production of construction materials made a business visit to Astana. This was reported by the TurkmenPortal online publication.
The business mission was organized by the Astana Diplomatic Club and the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Turkmenistan. The purpose of the trip was to study the investment potential of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Within the framework of the visit to the Department of Investment and Entrepreneurship Development of Astana, Astana Invest and "Astana Development Center" the possibility of implementation of joint investment projects was discussed.
The Turkmen side expressed interest in the placement of textile production and a plant for the production of construction bitumen in the special economic zone "Astana-Technopolis".
New business missions of Turkmen entrepreneurs to Almaty, Shymkent, Aktau and Astana were planned.
