At the regular Friday meeting of the government, the results of the work of the transport complex of Turkmenistan for eleven months of 2023 were summarized. Head of the Agency of Transport and Communications M. Chakyev made a report. This is reported by the State Information Agency of Turkmenistan.
As noted, the growth rate of works and services performed in the industry amounted to 121.3%. During the reporting period, the volume of cargo transportation by road, rail, air, sea and river transport increased by 103.9%, passenger transportation - by 105.1 percent.
Thus, the transportation industry of Turkmenistan demonstrates high dynamics of development, providing the growing demand of the population and business for logistics services. This is an important factor in improving the competitiveness of the national economy and the quality of life of citizens.
