Within the framework of the meeting of the Asian Tennis Federation General Assembly in honor of the 60th anniversary of its establishment, held in Hong Kong, the Tennis Federation of Turkmenistan was recognized as one of the fastest growing organizations in Asia and received a commemorative trophy. Chairman of the Tennis Federation of Turkmenistan, Vice-President of the Asian Tennis Federation Eziz Dovletov took part in the meeting of the ATF Board of Directors on the development of tennis in Asia and holding competitions.
The Central Asian Team Championships among children under 12 years old held in Ashgabat and the regional tennis championship in the Olympic City of the Turkmen capital were highly appreciated by the leadership of the Asian Tennis Federation and were called a benchmark for tennis competitions.
