Only mountains can be better than mountains - the photo contest "Among the peaks" has started

Agama Mountaineering Club invites all those in love with the Turkmen mountains to take part in the photo contest "Among the peaks". The main goal of the project, which is being implemented for the 5th time, is to popularize the beauty of the Turkmen mountains and demonstrate the achievements of mountaineering. This is a unique opportunity for non-professional photographers to show their talent and compete for victory.

Participants will compete in the following categories:

1. "Our mountains" (photos of landscapes, landscape beauties).
2. "We are in our mountains" (photos with participants of mountain hikes, climbers).
3. "Life in our mountains" (flora and fauna of the Turkmen mountains).

Photo works are accepted until October 30, each participant can send no more than 15 works. Processing and retouching are allowed, but within reasonable limits.

From November 1-20, 2020, the works will be evaluated by professionals in the genre. In addition to the winners in each category, there will be a "People's Choice Award", which will be awarded to one of the top 50 authors by voting by members of the Agama and Mert mountain clubs, participants in the photo contest, and authors of Alpagama.org. The organizers plan to award the winners at the end of 2020.
