Music comes to life in the paintings of artists from Turkmenistan

Folk art is so diverse that it has room not only for works of fine art or music, but also a flight of fancy in their contemplation.

Listening to the musical compositions of great composers, even people far removed from creativity draw in their imagination real pictures of life, inspired by the music. And what can one experience when looking at paintings by artists?

It is not for nothing that there is an expression: "Music is the sister of painting". This becomes clear when you look at the paintings of contemporary artists of Turkmenistan Aibibi Amanklycheva, Gulnaz Rozykulova and Arzygul Koshilieva.

Amanklycheva draws her inspiration from the enchanting sounds of classical music of the great works of Debussy and Tchaikovsky. Her paintings convey the depth of feeling laid down by the composers in their works.

Gulnaz Rozykulova, on the other hand, prefers to work to the Turkmen national music. Nury Halmamedov's suite came to life in all its colors on the artist's canvas, combining well-known images into a single picture.

Koshilieva's tapestries are as if permeated with the sound of the dutar, the national Turkmen instrument.

The works of talented artists convince us that notes also have their own colors and shapes.
