Awarding ceremony for winners of the film festival held in Turkmenistan

On the final day of the international film festival "Arkadag Dawn" an awarding ceremony was held. This is reported by the online publication "Türkmenistan Habarlar Portaly".

During the ceremony, folk bakhshi-sazandars performed, a video about the first day of the film festival was shown.

The winner of the festival was the film "Kagyza ýazylan ykbal" by director Sapardurdy Annaev from Turkmenistan. The second place was awarded to the film "Gelin heýkeli" from Kyrgyzstan, and the third place was awarded to the film "Sary ömür" by a creative team from Kazakhstan.

Diplomas and valuable gifts were awarded to filmmakers from Kazakhstan for the film "Gopuz", Tajikistan for the film "Sary çeşme", Turkmenistan for the films "Toý köýnek", "Umyt" and "Nesibe", Uzbekistan for the films "Üzüm" and "Meniň arzuwym Özbegistan", Kyrgyzstan for the films "Umut", "Öz kakasynyň ogly" and "Poçtaçy". Awards were also given to the representative office of TRT TV channel in Turkmenistan, "Bozdag" Group (Republic of Turkey), and the film "Ahalteke" from Russia.
