Turkmenistan Culture Week started in Arkadagh

A number of events were held at the A. Gulmammedov State Drama Theater. An exhibition of arts and crafts, handicrafts, ceramics, sculptures, national clothing, jewelry and musical instruments was organized here. After the solemn part, a big concert with participation of famous artists of Turkmenistan was held on the stage of the theater. In the evening of the same day, the theater hosted the premiere of the play Älem nury. A toi-sadaka was given in the Arzuv Hall on behalf of the President of the country and the National Leader of the Turkmen people.

An exhibition of exhibits from the collections of regional museums of the country was held in the foyer of the Historical and Local History Museum of the city. Then, museum workers held a working meeting, the main topic of which was the possibilities of using the world experience in accounting and preservation of museum values.
