"AliExpress Russia" is preparing to implement a program to localize customer service, including online complaints and dispute resolution. According to information provided by the company, chats are currently serviced in the RF, but 50% disputes on purchases from the Celestial Empire are resolved in English with the involvement of employees from Chinese centers.
Among the service partners of "AliExpress Russia" at the moment:
- GRAN (Ivanovo);
- Rostelecom (Cheboksary);
- Telecontact (Orel).
The company currently has 280 employees, and after the program implementation the number of employees will increase to 500. In the near future, we plan to expand - to start cooperation with another VOXYS contact center in Stavropol.
The company's contact centers serve clients from Russia and many CIS countries, including Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Belarus and others.
