Partnership strategy of Turkmenistan and ADB presented

The Asian Development Bank has presented a strategy of partnership with Turkmenistan for the period of 2024-2028. This is reported by the online edition "TurkmenPortal.

The published document contains ADB's commitments to help improve Turkmenistan's national economy to achieve resilience to global climate change and to enhance competitiveness. The Bank commits to support green transformation to a sustainable economy, promote economic diversification and private sector development in Turkmenistan, and facilitate effective structural transformation.

The strategy will be implemented through projects, technical assistance, and other initiatives. The Bank will implement a unified model to support the country's fight against climate change and to create an enabling environment for the private sector.
