The national team of Turkmenistan is taking part in the championship among youth teams of the Central Asian Football Association, which is held in Dushanbe from August 17 to 24. This is reported by the online edition "Westiabad."
The draw divided 6 teams into two groups - in group "A" will play players from Tajikistan, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, in group "B" - teams from Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Iran.
In the groups there will be one-round games, the winners of which will go to the finals, and the second place winners will fight for the bronze medals.
The Turkmen youth team was prepared for the competition by head coach Akhmed Allaberdyev, who previously coached Altyn Touch players. The coaching staff also included Akhmed Agamuradov, Dayanchklych Urazov, Alexander Sidorov and goalkeeper coach Nariman Garadzhayev.
