August 8, Ashgabat, /Arzuw NEWS/. Turkmenhovayollary Agency (Turkmenistan Airlines - Editor's note.) as of August 5, requires that passengers on all domestic flights present a medical certificate of health at check-in along with their ticket. Passengers without a medical certificate are not allowed to fly. This was reported to Arzuw NEWS by a specialist of the information service of Ashgabat airport.
From August 10, 2020 rules are being updated. This was reported by the information service of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan, which Arzuw NEWS contacted directly. The period of validity of a medical certificate on the state of health issued by subordinate institutions is now 72 hours (3 days).
Citizens should go to the family doctors in the polyclinics in their place of residence. Students should go to the special Student Health Center in Ashgabat at 82 Gyorogly Street (1 May Street) to get a medical certificate.
An original passport, one 3/4 photo and the student's or citizen's medical card are required to obtain the certificate. Using the above paper form, your health status is evaluated based on a general blood test and the results of a pulmonary fluorography.
The cost of tests is 43.20 manat (in the Student Health Center in Ashgabat). If health insurance is provided, the cost is reduced. Payments are also made using bank cards.
