Turkmenistan and ADB discuss prospects for cooperation

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a meeting with Director of the Permanent Mission of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Turkmenistan Arthur Andrysiak. The meeting was held on October 2, 2025. About it reports Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan. 

During the negotiations, the parties considered topical issues of partnership development between Turkmenistan and ADB. Special attention was paid to the importance of effective interaction between government and banking structures of Turkmenistan with the management and specialized departments of the Bank.

In addition, the agenda included issues related to expanding the legal framework for bilateral cooperation and practical implementation of specific projects planned to be implemented in Turkmenistan with ADB support.
