Turkmenistan and Korea to jointly establish medical production facilities

A project on creation of production of disposable medical products from local raw materials will be implemented in Turkmenistan jointly with the Korean company Korea Meditech. This is reported by the Internet edition "Westiabad.".

The assortment of the new company includes polypropylene syringes, which are in wide demand. The use of disposable syringes reduces the risk of infections and complications.

Test models of 3 ml and 10 ml syringes were produced from local raw materials. It is planned to mass produce syringes and other medical disposable products using 60-70% local materials.

Korea Meditech specializes in the manufacture of medical devices, including diagnostic equipment, therapeutic equipment and biomedical devices.
