Representatives of Turkmen Logistics Association take part in the II Regional Meeting of the National Trade Facilitation Committees (NTFC) of Central Asian countries within the framework of the Central Asian Trade Forum in Almaty. This is reported by the TurkmenPortal online publication.
The event is attended by customs and transport officials, members of institutions responsible for phytosanitary and veterinary control at the border, as well as representatives of the private sector of the Central Asian countries.
During the first session, the participants presented the priority areas of trade facilitation mechanism development. Representatives of international organizations GIZ, CLDP, UNECE and USAID told about the implementation of relevant programs. The presentation of the opportunities of digital technologies Green trade facilitation, E-Phyto, CART.is and mobile application catMap, which contribute to trade facilitation, took place.
