Turkmenistan held a tourism conference at EXPO-2025

The National Pavilion of Turkmenistan at the EXPO-2025 World Exhibition in Osaka hosted an international conference "Turkmenistan - the land of friendship, brotherhood and hospitality" aimed at promoting the country's tourism potential and strengthening cooperation with Japan. The event held today was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, as well as tourism departments of both countries.

The conference participants received detailed information about Turkmenistan's state policy in tourism, the country's rich cultural and historical heritage and current industry development projects.

The event included bilateral talks between tourism companies of Turkmenistan and Japan, where the prospects of expanding mutual cooperation were discussed.

The organizers noted that the conference demonstrates the growing international authority of Turkmenistan and the growing interest of the world community in the tourism opportunities of the republic.
