Nokia representative Alexander Begeza said that the company plans to take part in the construction of a backbone communication network in Turkmenistan. This is reported by the Internet edition "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age."
At the forum "Türkmentel-2024" held in Ashgabat, Nokia presented a stand with the latest technologies and products created by the company.
Nokia already cooperates with the Turkmen cellular operator Altyn Asyr and plans to expand its partnership with Turkmenistan. The company's participation in the construction of a new backbone network will allow Altyn Asyr to provide better service to the country's residents.
A backbone network is a transport telecommunications infrastructure for the provision of communications services that provides high data transmission speeds combined with service availability.
