Turkmen farmers plan to provide citizens with fresh produce all year round

The farm "Tebigy ekin" has received a rich harvest of garden and vegetable products over the past year. In the near future it is planned to build a refrigerated warehouse, which will provide the residents of Turkmenabat city with fresh vegetables all year round. Farmers last year produced more than five thousand tons of potatoes, about two thousand tons of onions, more than three thousand tons of cabbage, as well as a high yield of garlic, beets, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and other garden products. In addition, the farm grew cotton and grain crops last year.

Currently, the farm has already received a good harvest of potatoes, cabbage and onions have been planted. The farm plans to plant vegetables and horticultural crops. The technical base of the farm is being strengthened.
