Exhibition of artists of Dashoguz province opened in Ashgabat

The Exhibition Center of Fine Arts in Ashgabat has opened an exhibition of works by artists of Dashoguz province. This is reported by the TurkmenPortal online edition.

The exhibition presents 250 paintings, ceramics, graphics, sculptures and jewelry works by 24 artists. The exhibition also includes several works dedicated to Makhtumkuli Fraghi, including a bust of the poet by Oraz Matdurdyev.

Sculptural works by Baigeldy Annamedov, a graduate of the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan, who has a unique ability to reflect the beauty of the animal world, are of great interest to the guests of the exhibition.

Honored Art Worker of Turkmenistan Azat Annaev noted that Dashoguz artists have recently made a breakthrough in creativity, demonstrating mastery of new painting styles with unwavering attention to national traditions.
